Our Composite Doors Westhoughton are made of thermoset GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) and compression moulded to make a high definition woodgrain effect, which makes it indistinguishable from timber and much less influenced by variants in temperature. The insulation core creates a thermal efficiency far greater than that of a standard wooden door.
Contrary to a large number of lower quality, cheaper composite doors available on the market, our door slabs have been proven and are guaranteed to last. They’re 44mm thick, exceptionally robust and UV stable, so there is no need to be concerned about cracking, splinters or fading – last but not least they will never need painting. Our composite doors come in an array of styles (details can be found in our Composite Door Brochure) and colour options including Black, White, Blue, Green, Red, Oak and Rosewood.
